“I’m excited about the opportunity to continue playing,” Patton said. “It’s been a dream of mine since I can remember and now it’s a reality. I’m extremely excited.”

Patton closed his collegiate career with 938 points in 117 games (8.0 ppg), shooting 50.5 percent from the field. He also swatted 88 shots in his IUPUI career, putting him fifth on the school’s all-time list. The Vincennes, Ind.-native averaged a team-high 13.7 points and 5.0 boards per game his junior year before netting 12.4 points and 5.6 rebounds per game a season ago.
