Pacers win division without playing

The Pacers have clinched the NBA’s Central division without playing a game.

After missing on three opportunities to claim the team’s fifth divisional title, the blue and gold sat home and watched the Bulls lose in Detroit 99-85 to get the job done.

Indiana has lost their last two, and now are focused on the two seed in the eastern conference playoff race.

The team has also wrapped up the home court advantage in the first round of the playoffs that begin the weekend of April 18-20.

The central title is the first since the 2003-2004 season.
